From Seattle I-90
If you are coming from Seattle I-90, you would take the I-90 to the I-405 N and
then exit at SR 520 toward Redmond. Don't merge as you will exit immediately at
124th Ave NE, the first exit past I-405. Hang to the left as you come down the
exit. You will be at 124th Ave NE and Northrup Way. Turn left (east) onto
Northrup way. Follow Northrup Way to the next light at 130th Ave NE. Turn left
onto 130th Ave NE, going north.
130th Ave NE has office buildings on both sides of the street and winds up under
the SR-520 underpass. You will be turning right at the second parking lot after
the underpass. There is a yellow caution diamond signaling a STOP ahead just
before the driveway. You will see a red brick office building with green,
ornate, circular patterned windows. This is the only complex around with one
office building. The Parkwood -2370 is the name on a brick sign by
the drive way. Among other signs beneath that you will see Clinical
Associates.
Turn into the into a fair sized parking lot and park. Go up the steps and
through the double glass doors turning to the left. There is a sign as you enter
that Says Clincial Associates and has Susan Burns, MA, LMHC on it. Ste 106 is at end of the
hallway on the right. Susan Burns is marked on the door. Enter into the
waiting room. The office is the first one in the suite.
From I-5
If you are coming from I-5, you take at SR 520 toward Redmond all the way to

From Redmond 520 going West
Take 520 to 148th Ave NE
Turn left onto 148th.
Proceed over overpass.
Take right hand lane to first light after overpass at NE 24th (Levitz Home
Store is on the corner and a gas station)
Turn right onto NE 24th
Follow through light on 140th Ave NE
Look for Saturn dealer.
Go up hill past green belt on the left, church on the right. You will see a red
blinking light near the top of the hill--a T Stop. Continue on. Go through this
light at the T-Stop to another blinking light at a 4 way stop (130th Ave NE),
the next intersection. Turn left onto 130th Ave NE. You will immediately see a
power station on your left with a gravel driveway. Turn left into the first
driveway after gravel power station driveway. You will see a red brick office building with green,
ornate, circular patterned windows. This is the only complex around with one
